There are a few easy ways to safely and privately contact me with sensitive information. Please pick whichever is easiest for you.

You can IM me via Telegram, an encrypted chat app for your smartphone or desktop. You can read more about Telegram’s encryption methods here.

You can send me an encrypted email (biddle@gawker.com) using PGP. My public key can be found right here.

I also use the Snowden-approved Signal app for encrypted phone calls and IMs. Let me know if you’d like to use that channel.

If you want to send me an anonymous email but you don’t want to set up PGP, I recommend using a Guerrilla Mail disposable email account. But remember, I probably won’t be able to reply to you with this if your account self-destructs.

I also use Confide, another secure, self-destructing IM app.

Twitter DMs are not secure, but if you’d like to set up an encrypted conversation, my Twitter DM inbox is open to everyone—I’m at @samfbiddle.
